Tree & Beautification projects for 2003 included:

· Receiving Tree City USA award from National Arbor Day Foundation

· Landscaping around big tree monument

· Began tree inventory process

· Planted flowers on main street

· Held annual arbor day tree planting with Henry kindergarten class

All improvements were funded through partnership with Northwestern Energy.

Tree & Beautification projects for 2004 include:

· Finalizing tree inventory

· “Welcome to Henry” sign on west edge of Henry:

The tree & beautification group is looking for a sponsor or alumni class from Henry school to help financially and physically in the erection of the "Welcome to Henry" sign on west 212. If you or a group are interested in helping out with this wonderful project please contact any member of the tree group.

· Landscaping and flowers at welcome to Henry sign on east edge of Henry

· Arbor Day tree planting

· Flowers for main street

Improvements this year will be partially funded with ITC donations. Thank You ITC !
