MiKayla Prouty, daughter of Mark and Donna Prouty won the State Knights of Columbus free throw shooting contest in Chamberlain this past Sunday. MiKayla, a fifth grader at Hamlin Elementary School, made 22 out of 25 shots to win the contest. Congratulations, MiKayla.

 

Eric Bastian returned to Black Hills State University on Sunday after spending the weekend at his Henry home.

 

Kelby and Toni Goodall and family were Tuesday supper guests of Fain and Roxanne Geiger.

 

Floyd and Donna Kittelson attended the District Class AA tournament in Watertown on Tuesday and Friday evening.

 

Lindy Swedeen and family of Sioux Falls visited Arlen Swedeen on Saturday.

Later in the day Joe and Elsie Young called on Arlen.

 

Bill O’Neill of the Twin Cities and Delores O’Neill of Watertown were Thursday luncheon guests at the Jerry O’Neill home.

 

Lois Schoepp called on Lola Alexander and Harold Nipe at the Wookey Assistant Living home in Clark on Monday afternoon.

 

Carol O’Neill visited Doris Coyle at her Watertown apartment on Saturday.

 

Arlen and Joan Boehnke attended the SDSU men’s and women’s basketball doubleheader in Brookings Saturday night. They treated their son, John to supper out after the games.

 

Kelby and Toni Goodall and Fain and Roxanne Geiger enjoyed supper out in Henry Friday evening.

 

Bob Van Sickle and Helen Van Sickle of Watertown joined Monty and Marcia Montgomery and Gordon Van Sickle for supper out in Henry on Thursday evening. Later the families visited at the Montgomery home.

 

Lois Schoepp attended Lenten services at First Methodist Church in Watertown on Wednesday.

 

Donna Kittelson spent Thursday at the Bryan Wientjes home in Watertown.

 

Tim and Lori Page spent Sunday at the home of their daughter, Brett and April Flemming and Brynn near Aurora. 

 

Tom and Trudy Mitchell of Roseville, IL returned to their home on Saturday after spending the week with Wendell and Alice Bruns. The families attended funeral services for their sister, Lona Johnson on Thursday.

 

Tierra Rhody of Clear Lake spent Saturday night with her grandparents, Fain and Roxanne Geiger.

 

Calvin and Lois Schoepp were Saturday evening visitors at the Terry Kos home.

 

Lisa Bludorn of Mitchell, Emma Sattler, Steve and Cindy Anderson, Josh and Amy were Sunday dinner guests of Dale and Ruth Bludorn. Lisa remained overnight with the Bludorns.

 

Wes and Betty Holida of Naples were Sunday evening visitor of Arlen Swedeen.

 

Floyd Kittelson was an overnight guest Thursday evening at the Dave McNeil home in Warner after attending the Clark basketball game in Aberdeen.

 

Ryan, Lindsey and Grace Martenson of Aberdeen, Lisa Martenson of Watertown, Dennis and Barb Martenson and Pat and Irene Martenson had dinner out in Watertown Sunday.

 

Emily Bastian is enjoying her spring break from Dakota Wesleyan University at the home of her parents, Ron and Peggy Bastian.

 

Maggie Hovde of rural Vienna spent the weekend at the Floyd and Donna Kittelson home.

 

Sarah Montgomery joined young people from First Methodist Church in Watertown for a weekend youth retreat on the campus of Dakota Wesleyan in Mitchell.

 

Jerry and Carol O’Neill celebrated Danny O’Neill’s birthday with supper out in Henry with Danny and Karrie O’Neill of Watertown on Saturday evening.

 

Tierra Rhody, Clear Lake and Fain and Roxanne Geiger enjoyed grilling supper out Saturday evening with the Kelby Goodall family at the Goodall home

 

Hayley and Travis Goodall spent the weekend with their grandparents, Kim and Deb Jorgenson in Watertown.

 

Danny and Bonita Sharp were Sunday evening supper guests at the Joe and Nicole Sharp home.

 

Donna Kittelson visited the Bryan and Cindy Wientjes family in Watertown Sunday afternoon.

 

Andrew Montgomery joined several boys from Florence and participated in a Junior Varsity basketball tournament in Elkton.
