Baby Announcement!!  It’s a Girl!

Congratulations also go out to the Keith and Patty Anderson on the birth of their daughter, Alyssa Jo Anderson.  Alyssa was born February 15 and weighed five pounds and 13.7 oz and was eighteen and three fourths inches long. Grandparents are Albert and Gail Kittelson of Henry and Marcella Anderson of the Jenkins’ Nursing home.  See the new baby @ Prairie Lakes website .

 

 

 

Congratulations to former resident, Helen Van Sickle of Watertown for receiving first place in the needlecraft department of the Watertown Farm Show.  Helen received several first place awards along with other placings at the show.

 

Donna Kittelson spent Monday at the Bryan Wientjes home in Watertown.  In the evening she and Floyd attended the boy’s basketball game at Willow Lake.

 

Erin Bruns of Lake Preston spent the President’s Day weekend at the Wendell and Alice Bruns home. On Sunday she visited with her dad, Ashley Bruns in Watertown.

 

Joan and Stephanie Boehnke were among those attending the double bridal shower on Sunday for Aimee Pearce and Kayla Parsons. The shower was hosted by Donna Prouty, Mary Upton, Jennifer Johnson and Kathy Young.

 

Linda Page and Helen Van Sickle of Watertown and Marcia and Sarah Montgomery enjoyed eating out in Watertown on Saturday evening.  They were joined later by Andrew Montgomery and friend, Caitlin.

 

Donna Kittelson spent Wednesday and Thursday at the Mike and Cheryl Hovde home near Vienna.

 

Tim and Lori Page entertained several couples at their home for a Valentine’s supper.

 

Wes and Betty Holida of Naples were Sunday evening visitors at the Arlen Swedeen home.

 

Wendell Bruns visited his mother, Violet Winemiller at the Clark nursing home Saturday morning.

 

Rick and Vickie Burchatz and Kayla, Lindsey Jennings, Steph Pickrel all of Watertown, John Heber of Redfield, Ron and Sharon Burchatz and Floyd and Donna Kittelson enjoyed supper out in Brookings prior to attending the Watertown Arrow and Brooking Bobcat basketball game.

 

Hayley and Travis Goodall spent Wednesday with Grandma Roxanne Geiger. In the evening Fain and Roxanne Geiger and Kelby and Toni Goodall and family enjoyed an early Valentine’s dinner out in Watertown.

 

Floyd and Donna Kittelson attended the Clark/Deuel girl’s basketball game on Friday evening in Clark.

 

Amy Bludorn of Mitchell and Emma Sattler of Watertown spent the weekend at the Ruth and Dale Bludorn home.

 

Gordon and Loydeen Van Sickle, Shauna and Macey Lane and Terry and Judy Kos were among those attending a benefit on Sunday for Sheila (Stewart) Feuerstein at Grace Lutheran Church in Watertown.  Sheila has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

 

Floyd and Donna Kittelson visited Keith and Patty Anderson and their new baby, Alyssa Jo at the Prairie Lakes Hospital on Sunday afternoon.

 

Several relatives and friends gathered Friday evening to congratulate Jerry and Carol O’Neill on their 50th wedding anniversary.

 

Fain and Roxanne Geiger met Earl, Alyssa and Tierra Rhody of Clear Lake for supper out in Watertown.

 

Boyd and Kara Parsons and Kayla, Philip, SD Ashley Pierce, Kansas City, KS, Randy and Lynette Pearce, Wamego, KS ,Eric Bastian, Spearfish, Clay Bastian and Aimee Pierce, Brookings, Emily Bastian, Mitchell, and Virgil Bastian were Sunday evening supper guests at the Ron and Peggy Bastian home.

 

Judy Kos called on Doris Coyle in Watertown on Monday afternoon.

 

Clay Bastian and Aimee Pierce, Brookings, Eric Bastian and Kayla Parsons of Spearfish, and Ron and Peggy Bastian attended the Milbank/Hamlin basketball game on Friday evening. They later were overnight houseguests of Matt and Missy Bastian in Milbank.

 

Jennifer and Tess Johnson visited Marjorie Nelson on Sunday afternoon.

 

Eric Bastian and Kayla Parsons, Ronnie and Peggy Bastian and Emily and Matt and Missy Bastian celebrated Matt’s birthday with supper out in Florence on Saturday evening.

 

Eric Bastian and Kayla Parsons returned to Black Hills State University on Monday afternoon.
