A baby girl, Olivia Anne was born on Tuesday December 11, 2007 to Dave and Kim Fuller. Olivia weighed 8 lbs and 3 oz and was 20 inches long. She joins three brothers, Carter, Peyton and Collin.  Grandparents include Lee and Dorothy Fuller, rural Henry and Wayne and Eunice Olivier of Casper, WY formerly of Watertown. Great grandparents are Dave and Ruth Glanzer of Spencer, SD and Irene Olivier of Pierre.

 

Deb Engels of Watertown and Bonita Sharp enjoyed lunch together Tuesday in Watertown.

 

The Henry United Methodist Women met on Wednesday evening at the home of Judy Kos. Eleven ladies attended the meeting and helped prepare fruit baskets for friends of the church and of the community. All of the ladies contributed to the program as well as the lunch. The next meeting will be on January 9th at the home of Diane Kludt.

 

Don Dunlavy of the Crocker area and Mr. and Mrs. Darwin Clyde recently called on Joe Young.

 

The Girl Scout Chapter from Henry held an open house on Saturday at the Community Room and offered hot cider and cocoa to those that attended.

 

Joan Boehnke attended the Courier Classics 4-H Club meeting and Christmas Party on Sunday afternoon in Clark.

 

Judy Kos enjoyed Friday morning breakfast with Pearl Paulson of Florence.

 

Troy and Nicky Watson hosted a birthday supper on Saturday evening in honor of their daughter, Trinity’s third birthday.  Those enjoying the supper were Betty Keyes of Clark, Arlene Sharp, Cecilia Brownell, Danny and Bonita Sharp and Joe, Nicole and Karli Sharp of Henry.

 

Lois Schoepp visited Harold Nipe and Lola Alexander at the Wookey Assistant Living in Clark on Monday afternoon.

 

Floyd and Donna Kittelson accompanied Rick, Vickie and Kayla Burchatz to Mitchell on Friday evening to the Watertown Arrow/Mitchell Kernels basketball game.

 

Terry and Judy Kos attended the Cantata, “Christmas is Forever” Sunday afternoon at the Cornerstone United Methodist Church in Watertown. The cantata was presented by the children and the adult choir.

 

Don and Rose McElroy spent Sunday in Sioux Falls where they visited with Dale McElroy and then later at the Dave McElroy home.  They attended Mara and Brenna McElroy’s Christmas daycare program in the afternoon.

 

Jack and Marilyn Henning of Watertown and Calvin and Lois Schoepp enjoyed the Christmas concert Sunday evening at the 1st Methodist Church in Watertown.

 

Maggie Hovde of Willow Lake was a Saturday overnight guest at the Floyd and Donna Kittelson home.

 

The Yonker family is the newest family in town.  They are living in the home formerly occupied by the Todd Kaaza family. The Yonkers have three children.

 

Arlen Swedeen was taken by ambulance on Sunday morning to Prairie Lakes Hospital.

 

Hayley Goodall spent Friday with her grandmother, Roxanne Geiger.
