Joan Warnock, Carol O’Neill, Rita Hoch, Diane Kludt, Judy Kos and Marcia Montgomery were coffee guests at the Alice Bruns home on Thursday morning.  The ladies remembered Joan Warnock, on her upcoming birthday and an early going away party. Joan has sold her home and will be moving to British Columbia, Canada.

 

Joan and Stephanie Boehnke went to Vermillion last Tuesday to register Stephanie for fall classes at USD.  Ruth Boehnke of Watertown accompanied them.

 

Danny and Bonita and Cecelia Brownell treated Arlene Sharp to supper on Friday night in observance of her birthday.

 

Tierra Rhody of Clear Lake spent Saturday evening at the home of her grandparents, Fain and Roxanne Geiger. On Sunday she accompanied them to Miller to visit Roxanne’s parents, Louis and Mardella Gortmaker.

 

Lois Schoepp attended a bridal shower for Jenna Dylla Saturday morning at St. Henry’s Catholic Church.

 

Vickie Burchatz was a Thursday luncheon guest at the home of her mother, Donna Kittelson.3

 

The 125th celebration committee would like historical articles to be on display at the celebration. People are urged to go through their historical scrapbooks and bring the pictures and other memorabilia into the bank.  The next meeting of the celebration is this Wednesday night.

 

Dave, Jackie and Jackson McNeil of Warner were Sunday overnight guests at the Floyd and Donna Kittelson home. Dave and Jackie went on to Las Vegas to attend a policeman training session.  Jackson remained with the Kittelsons and will spent the week.

 

Terry and Judy Kos attended the Friday evening rendition of the Cavelle Dance Recital.  Their granddaughter, Kayla DeJong was one of the dancers.

 

Thursday afternoon, Joan and Stephanie Boehnke were callers at the Margie Seefeldt home in Clark.  They visited with Margie’s houseguests, Marlin and Ginny Seiler of Timberlin, MO.

 

Connor and Adam DeJong of Watertown were Saturday evening overnight guests at the Terry Kos home.

 

Arlen Swedeen was a Saturday evening supper guest at the Bill Pickles home and celebrated his birthday.

 

Visitors this past week at the Joe and Elsie Young home were Curt and Doris Young, Omaha, Roger Young and Gary Young of Watertown, Lois Lian and Wayne and Joanne Fletcher of Garden City, Orlin Jameson and Harlan Hagen of Wallace and Wayne Blashill.

 

Tim and Lori Page attended their son, Austin’s ball tournament on Saturday and Sunday in Watertown.

 

Nicole and Karli Sharp, Nicky Watson, Trinity and Taylor, Cecelia Brownell and Bonita Sharp were Saturday morning coffee guests of Betty Keyes in Clark.  Additional guests were Tom and Jackie Fuller and their daughter Debbie and boys all of WI and Dawn Brush of Aberdeen and Louis and Joyce Brush of Clark.

 

Friday evening, Lynn and Barb Hartley, Arlen and Joan Boehnke, and Adam, Laci, Aubrie and Tate Hartley of Henry, and Annette and Katie Boehnke, Margie Seefeldt, and Martha Mitchell of Clark enjoyed supper out in Henry with Marlin and Ginny Seller of Timberlin, MO.  Marlin is an uncle to the Boehnke siblings.

 

Sunday evening supper guests at the Danny and Bonita Sharp home were Nicky Watson and girls and Karli Sharp.

 

Afternoon visitors and picnic supper guests of Dave and Annette Boehnke of Clark were Mr. and Mrs. Marlin Seiler of Timberlin City, MO, Marjorie Seefeldt of Clark, Randy and Carol Wiedebush of Mansfield, Bob Boehnke and Terry Boehnke of Watertown , Barb Harley and Arlen and Joan Boehnke of Henry.

 

Donna Kittelson was busy attending softball games and tournaments this past week.  On Wednesday evening she attended Bridget Wookey’s game in Watertown, on Thursday evening Kayla Burchatz had a game and over the weekend she attended the 9th Annual Classic Softball Tournament in Watertown.

 

Al Benck and Fain Geiger assisted Kelby Goodall on Saturday with his deck project.

 

Loydeen Van Sickle, Jean Lane, and Shauna, CaLeigh and Macey Lane spent the week end at North Platt, NE. Amy (Lane) Jensen, Chloe and Jed of Rapid City joined the group at Murdo and went on to North Platt with the group.  While there, they attended a baby shower for Heidi (Ingalls) Thramber and also visited with Barb (Ingalls) Erlanderson.

 

LeRay Swedeen was a Sunday evening visitor at the home of his dad, Arlen Swedeen.

 

Charlie, Nikki and Alec Heustess of Watertown hosted a beach party on Friday and Saturday. Those attending were Robert and Sharon Byer, Kevin and Nancy Byer of Watertown, Cody and David Winnett of Mankato, MN, Dale and Teresa Peterson and Issabelle Winnett of Henry.

 

Helen Van Sickle of Watertown, Gordon Van Sickle and the Monty Montgomery family enjoyed dinner out in Watertown on Sunday and celebrated Maria Montgomery’s birthday.
