Last Tuesday evening, Joan Boehnke enjoyed supper out in Watertown with a group of Clark/Watertown friends.

 

Terry and Judy Kos were Thursday evening supper guests at the Brian and Kathy DeJong home in Watertown.

 

Fain and Roxanne Geiger were Saturday afternoon callers at the Kelby and Toni Goodall home.  Later they visited at the Marrion and LeDene Geiger home.

 

Danny and Bonita Sharp were Monday evening supper guests at the Joe and Nicole Sharp home.

 

Donna Kittelson attended the Tuesday evening performance of “Night At The Movies” in Clark.

 

Several parents attended the Whetstone Valley Choral Festival concert in Sisseton on Monday evening. Members of the Henry High School Choral group took part in the all day rehearsal session and in the evening concert.  The group was directed by Mr. Burdell Gauger, Watertown High School Choral director.

 

Lois Schoepp called on Lola Alexander and Harold Nipe at Wookey’s Assistant Living in Clark on Tuesday.

 

The Henry United Methodist Women met at the home of Alice Bruns on Wednesday evening.  Kathy McMillan presented the lesson on meditation. September 8th was chosen as the date for the annual fall Country Fair.  The next meeting will be at the church with Bonita Sharp as hostess.

 

Arlen and Joan Boehnke had supper in Henry Saturday night with Doug and PJ Blue, and Adam and Laci Hartley.

 

Maggie Hovde was a Thursday afternoon visitor at the Floyd and Donna Kittelson home.

 

Bonita Sharp called on her mother, Betty Keyes in Clark on Saturday morning.

 

Fain and Roxanne Geiger were Sunday dinner guests the Earl and Alyssa Rhody home near Clear Lake.

 

Rodger, Diann and Matt Redmond and Pat and Irene Redmond spent Wednesday in Fargo.

 

Mark and Arlet Soderlund’s son, Chris and his daughter, Tabatha from Minnesota were recent visitors at the Soderlund home. Mark reported that the visit lifted Arlet’s spirit and really picked her up.

 

Lois Schoepp returned to her home on Sunday afternoon after spending the weekend at the Gary Schoepp home at Chanhassen, MN.  Lois enjoyed watching her grandsons, Greg and Blake take part in hockey and basketball games.

 

Joan and Stephanie Boehnke attended the Courier Classics 4-H club meeting Sunday in Clark.

 

Maury Perla, Shannon Baxter and Sean of Sioux Falls were recent visitors at the Joan Warnock home.

 

Spenser and Hunter Wientjes of Clark spent Saturday afternoon at the home of their grandparents, Floyd and Donna Kittelson.

 

Terry and Judy Kos attended the 60th wedding anniversary of Clayton and Delores Lindgren in Watertown on Saturday afternoon.

 

Visiting with Joe and Elsie Young this past week were Mr. and Mrs. Milton Persoon’s of Madison, Vern and Audrey Luken, Travis and Jody Young and family, Watertown, Marty and Tiffany Lantgen, rural Bradley, Trivia Headley and Lois Jean Lain of Garden City and Doug Schoepp.
