Joan Warnock called on Doris Coyle at
her Watertown
apartment this past week.
Lynn
and Barb Hartley, Laci Hartley and children and Jenna Hartley attended the
Warner vs. Aberdeen Roncalli girls’ basketball game
in Warner Saturday evening. Their niece and cousin, Kelli Wiedebush
is a member of the Warner team.
Alice Bruns drove Violet Winemiller of Clark to the eye specialist on Monday. Kathy McMillan
accompanied them.
Donna
Frauenberg, North
Dakota, Arlene Sharp, Cecelia Brownell and Danny and
Bonita Sharp enjoyed supper out Monday evening.
Clay Bastian and Amy Pierce of Minneapolis,
Matt and Missy Bastian of Milbank, Pat and Cindy Murphy of Watertown, and
Virgil Bastian were guests at the Ron and Peggy Bastian home following the
Clark/Milbank basketball game. Clay Bastian and Amy Pierce and Matt and Missy
Bastian remained and were overnight guests.
Jerome
Nesheim of Clark and Melissa Rawlins and Mike and
Jessica Rawlins attended the Dakota Wesleyan and University of Sioux Falls
College Men and Women’s basketball games at
Mitchell on Saturday.
Donna
Kittelson was a Tuesday guest at the Mike and Cheryl Hovde
home near Vienna.
On Tuesday evening Donna attended the 7th and 8th grade
boy’s basketball game at Henry and watched Zach Hovde
play for Willow Lake. Following the grade game, Donna
enjoyed watching the Henry/Willow Lake High School games.
Tim,
Lori and Austin Page were Sunday dinner guests of Lila Page in Watertown on Sunday. Tom and Peg Page of
Brookings were additional guests.
Kathy McMillan was a Tuesday dinner guest
of Joan Warnock.
Arlet Soderlund is returning this week to Sioux Valley
Hospital in Sioux Falls where she will undergo surgery to
install a Pacemaker/Defibulater.
Visitors
at the Joe and Elsie Young home this past week included Harley Lamb, Clark,
Dennis and Marie Maag, Bradley, Bill Aaker and Gary Young of Watertown and Wayne Blashill, rural Henry.
Monty
and Marcia Montgomery and Myron, Diane and Laura Eidsness
were among the Henry parents and friends that attended the St. Martins
basketball tournament in Watertown
on Saturday. The Henry 7 & 8th girls received 1st
place and the 7 & 8th grade boys captured 2nd place
honors.
Clay
Bastian and Amy Pierce and Ron and Peggy Bastian attended the Dakota Wesleyan/ University of Sioux Falls Mens
and Women’s basketball games in Mitchell on Saturday. They were met in Mitchell
by Eric Bastian and Kayla Parsons of
Spearfish. They all remained overnight
and returned to their homes on Sunday.
Vicky
and Kayla Burchatz
were Thursday visitors at the Floyd and Donna Kittelson home en route home from
an Aberdeen
dental appointment.
Ken
and Sally Luvaas drove to Lennox
on Thursday to become acquainted with their new granddaughter, Megan Elizabeth.
Megan was born on January 21st to Mark and Jessica Luvaas and joins three year old sister, Madelynn.
Lois
Schoepp called on Joan
Warnock Thursday.
Ron
and Sharon Burchatz
and Floyd and Donna Kittelson attended the Watertown Arrow and Rapid City
Central boy’s basketball game and watched their grandson, Jordon Burchatz play ball.
Joe,
Nicole and Karli Sharp were Saturday evening supper
guests at the Danny and Bonita Sharp home.
On Sunday, Helen Van Sickle and Linda Page of Watertown and Marcia and
Sarah Montgomery had lunch in Brookings with Tim and Lisa Zandt and family of
Renner.
Saturday
afternoon, Floyd and Donna Kittelson, along with several other friends and
relatives attended the Watertown Arrow and Rapid City Stevens basketball game.
Later, Floyd and Donna Kittelson, Kathy and Bridget Wookey
and Bob Thompson drove to Clear
Lake and attended the 6th
grade championship basketball game between Deuel and Clark in which Cody Wookey played.
Lavern
Reinhart, Bill Pickles and Deanna Martwick were
Sunday morning coffee guests at the Arlen Swedeen
home.
Saturday
evening Rick and Vicky Burchatz of Lake Pelican
hosted a supper in honor of their son, Jordon’s seventeenth birthday. Those
enjoying the supper and evening included, Steph and
Tyler Pickrel, Jennifer Bertsch,
Dominic and Dayne Plunkett, Reva
Waldner, Doug and Shelly Root all of Watertown, Bryan
and Cindy Wientjes and boys, Tom, Kathy, Cody and Steph
Wookey all of Clark, Mike and Cheryl Hovde and Maggie of rural Vienna, Ron and Sharon Burchatz and Floyd
and Donna Kittelson.
Dennis,
Barb and Lisa Martenson and Irene Redmond were Sunday
dinner guests at the Dave and Carissa Quale home at Volga .
Hayley and Travis Goodall spent Friday with
their grandmother, Roxanne Geiger.
On
Sunday, Doris Coyle of Watertown
and Dorothy Paulsen accompanied Calvin and Lois Schoepp
to the roast beef dinner at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Kranzburg.
