Tierra Rhody of Clear Lake spent the weekend with her grandparents, Fain and Roxanne Geiger. On Sunday, Fain and Roxanne and Tierra met Earl and Alyssa Rhody in Watertown and following dinner, Tierra returned to her Clear Lake home.

 

Floyd Kittelson attended the Watertown Arrow girl’s basketball game on Friday evening with Yankton.

 

Integrity Tool & Die, Inc. owned and managed by Mike and Lola Nelson held the company Christmas Party at a Watertown restaurant on Saturday evening.  This machine shop was originally located on the Mike Nelson farm in Henry Township and moved to its current location in Watertown in 1999.  Mike and Lola would like to take this opportunity to wish all of their family, friends and neighbors a safe and happy New Year.

 

 Calvin and Lois Schoepp attended the 90th birthday party for Eddy Whitmore at Wookey’s Assistant Living in Clark. Later Lois attended the twin baby shower for Trisha Rieffenberger.

 

George Heustess, Fain Geiger, Lynn Geiger and Kelby Goodall, members of the Henry Fire Department took part in the Wild Land fire training course in Clark this past weekend.

 

Emily Bastian returned to Dakota Wesleyan in Mitchell on Sunday afternoon spending Christmas vacation at her Henry home.

 

Cody Wookey of Clark was a Friday night overnight guest at the Floyd and Donna Kittelson home.

 

Wesley and Betty Holiday of Naples treated Arlen Swedeen to supper on Sunday evening by bringing supper to his home.

 

Donna Kittelson treated Anita Abraham to lunch on Friday.

 

After two weeks of hospital stay, Arlet Soderlund was released from a Sioux Falls hospital. Arlet may receive cards at her 401 4th Street, Henry address.

 

Fain and Roxanne Geiger and Kelby and Toni Goodall and family had supper out in Henry on Tuesday evening.

 

DJ Church returned to the naval base at San Diego, CA after spending the holidays with his parents, Glen and Connie Wilson.

 

Calvin and Lois Schoepp visited Jean Peterson at her Watertown home on Sunday afternoon.

 

Joan Warnock returned to her Henry home on Tuesday after spending the Christmas holidays visiting relatives in Canada.

 

Kathy Wookey of Clark and Donna Kittelson attended the Clark/Aberdeen Roncalli girl’s basketball game on Friday evening. Before the game, Jackie McNeil of Warner joined them for supper.

 

Tierra Rhody of Clear Lake visited Toni Goodall and family on Saturday afternoon.

 

Ron and Emily Bastian attended the Milbank/Lennox basketball game in Milbank on Saturday evening.  Clay Bastian and Amy Pierce of Minneapolis also attended the game.

 

Basketball kept a lot of families busy this past week.  The conference tournament was held at South Shore and the Henry girls took part.  On Saturday the Inter State Boy’s and Girl’s basketball tournament was held in Watertown and several Henry families were in attendance.
