Birth Announcement

 

Travis Allen Goodall was born November 29 at 1:55 p.m. to Kelby and Toni Goodall. He weighed 7 lbs and 13 oz and was 19 ½ inches long and joins a sister, Hayley. Henry grandparents are Fain and Roxanne Geiger and Al and Gwen Benck, great-grandparents include, Mike and Lola Nelson and Marrion and LeDene Geiger.

 

Congratulations to Laura Eidsness for her superior rating at the State Oral Interp Festival that was held in Watertown this past weekend.  Laura received a trophy for her accomplishment.

 

Terry and Judy Kos attended the Christmas Concert at the Waverly School on Friday evening.

 

Hayley Goodall spent Tuesday night until Friday with her grandparents, Fain and Roxanne Geiger. On Wednesday they went to Prairie Lakes Hospital it get acquainted with the new grandson and brother, Travis Allen Goodall. On Friday, Hayley stayed with her grandfather, Al Benck.

 

Marcia Montgomery and Joan Warnock enjoyed lunch out in Watertown on Friday and later joined Linda Page for tea at the home of Helen Van Sickle.

 

Erin Bruns of Lake Preston and Ashley Bruns of Lake Norden were weekend guests at the Wendell and Alice Bruns home.

 

Wendell Bruns visited his mother, Violet Winemiller on Sunday morning at Wookey’s Assisted Living Center in Clark.

 

Eevi Prahl and Rayne of Sioux Falls spent the weekend at the Myron and Diane Eidsness home. Jeanne Fuller joined them in a weekend of Christmas cookie baking.

 

Danny and Bonita Sharp were Saturday dinner guests at the Troy and Nicky Watson home.

 

Don and Rose McElroy spent Friday and Saturday in Sioux Falls. Where in Sioux Falls they spent time at the Dave and Becky McElroy home and there children, Mara and Brenna.

 

Joan and Arlen Boehnke joined John Boehnke and a friend at the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity Holiday Dinner in Brookings Saturday evening.  The dinner celebrated chapter and member accomplishments.

 

Terry and Judy Kos enjoyed Sunday morning breakfast out in Watertown with Lew and Patty Raderschadt.

 

Joan Warnock and Marcia Montgomery were Thursday afternoon coffee guests of Alice Bruns.

 

Danny and Bonita Sharp were Sunday evening supper guests at the Joe and Nicole Sharp home.

 

 Floyd and Donna Kittelson attended the St. John Circle of St. Henry’s Catholic Church

annual supper and gift exchange on Saturday evening at the church.

 

Lois Schoepp and Barb Dalton attended the bake and craft sale Saturday morning in Vienna.

 

On Sunday, Jeanne Fuller and Diane Eidsness did the Clark tour of homes.

 

Fain and Roxanne Geiger celebrated Roxanne’s birthday with supper out in Henry.

 

Brian and Kathy DeJong and family of Watertown were Sunday evening supper guests at the Terry and Judy Kos home.

 

Joe Young is still a patient at Avera Heart Hospital in Sioux Falls. Cards may be mailed to him at room 252.

 

Friday evening, Arlen and Joan Boehnke were among the guests of Tim and Lori Page.  They enjoyed cake and home made ice cream to help celebrate Tim’s recent Birthday.

 

Bill and Jennifer Rasmussen and family of Watertown have recently purchased the Jason Pratt home and have moved to Henry. The Pratts have moved to rural Hazel.
