Joan Boehnke joined a group of ladies for supper in Henry Thursday night for an early celebration for Kim Nelson’s 50th birthday.

 

Terry and Judy Kos were Sunday dinner guests at the Brian and Kathy DeJong home in Watertown in celebration of Adam DeJong’s sixth birthday.  Additional guests were Gary and Sue DeJong of Clear Lake, Jen, Amber and Allison Dix of Aberdeen and John and Liz Henricks of rural Waverly.

 

Kelby, Toni and Hayley Goodall and Roxanne and Fain Geiger enjoyed supper out on Tuesday evening.

 

Lois Schoepp called on Joan Warnock Saturday afternoon.

 

 On Sunday, Wendell Bruns visited his mother, Violet Winemiller in Clark at Wookey’ Assistant Living.

 

Danny and Bonita Sharp were Thursday evening supper guests at the Troy and Nicky Watson home.

 

 On Saturday, Rene’ Severson of Watertown accompanied Steph Nelson to Brainerd, MN to visit Steph’s grandmother. The gals returned to Henry on Monday.

 

Arlen and Joan Boehnke enjoyed supper out in Henry Friday night to celebrate Joan’s birthday.

 

Donna Kittelson and Ann Galbraith of Hazel enjoyed lunch out together in Watertown on Wednesday.

 

Hayley Goodall spent Wednesday with her Grandmother, Roxanne Geiger also Kelby, Toni, and Hayley joined the Giegers for supper.

 

On Thursday, Wendell and Alice Bruns drove to Sioux Falls for a medical appointment. They enjoyed having lunch at the new café that over looks Falls Park in Sioux Falls.

 

Sunday morning breakfast guests at Arlen Swedeens were Lavern Reinhart, Rick Walford and Bill Pickles and friend.

 

Cokey Johnson visited her mother, Aggie Opdahl in Hayti on Sunday.

 

Fain and Roxanne Geiger spent Thursday in Miller visiting Roxanne’s parents, Louie and Mardella Gortmaker.

 

Touchstone Energy Scholar of the Week for October 29-November 4 was Laura Eidsness, daughter of Myron and Diane Eidsness. Laura was featured on KSFY-TV Thursday evening news along with other members of Henry’s marching band and faculty.

 

Joan and Stephanie Boehnke attended the Clark County Snow Queen Tea in Clark Sunday afternoon.

 

 On Sunday, Floyd and Donna Kittelson attended the 50th wedding anniversary of Don and Ruth Roe at New Hope Lutheran Church, rural Hayti.

 

Don and Rose McElroy spent Saturday at the Dave and Becky McElroy home in Sioux Falls. While there, Rose attended a baby shower for Brenna McElroy.

 

Morris and Eleanor Van Sickle and Doris Coyle of Watertown and Calvin and Lois Schoepp enjoyed dinner out in Watertown on Sunday.

 

Danny and Bonita Sharp were Saturday evening supper guests of Joe and Nicole Sharp.

 

Wendell and Alice Bruns visited with Harlan and Mary Bruns at rural Bruce on Sunday.

 

Kellie and Matthew Purintun joined Lynn Geiger and Fain and Roxanne Geiger Sunday for an afternoon of pheasant hunting.
