Judy Kos enjoyed lunch out in Watertown this past Tuesday with Pam Rorvik-Albers of Flandreau.

Elwin and Marilyn Valberg have returned to their Huntsville, AL home after spending time in the Henry area following the illness and later death of his mother, Anna Valberg. While here they visited several friends and relatives.

Donna Kittelson attended the Clark/Flandreau volleyball game Tuesday evening at Clark.

Joan and Stephanie Boehnke attended the wedding and reception for Ashley Schaack and Ben Johnson on Saturday.

Steve Coyle and Doris Coyle of Watertown enjoyed coffee with several of their Henry friends on Friday morning in Henry.

Donna Kittelson and Jan Boettcher were Wednesday luncheon guests at the Jill Flood home in Watertown.

LaVonne Grunditz and Tami Koistinen of Watertown and Lola Nelson attended the Women’s Fall Festival at the Watertown Event Center on Saturday. The event included several vendors from Watertown businesses, a variety of informative and fun workshops, a delightful lunch followed by a fashion show from three Watertown women’s clothing stores.

Terry and Judy Kos were Sunday dinner guests at the Bret and Karen Henricks home in celebration of Kathy DeJong’s birthday. Additional guests were the Brian DeJong family of Watertown.

Donna Kittelson called on Lois and Lester McGillivary at Lake Kampeska on Thursday morning.

Joan and Stephanie Boehnke attended the monthly Courier Classics 4-H Club meeting in Clark Sunday evening. Joan is the new club leader.

Jeanne Fuller and Diane Eidsness spent Saturday in Sioux Falls with former Henry resident, Eevi Prahl. They also attended the Arts & Crafts Autumn Festival at the Convention Center.

Ann Galbraith of Hazel and Donna Kittelson treated Jeanne Strohfus to supper on Thursday evening. Later, Donna visited with Jeanne at her home.

Joan Warnock was visited Saturday by her daughter, Shannon and children, Maury and Sean of Sioux Falls.

LeRay and Andrea Swedeen and girls were Sunday dinner guests of Arlen Swedeen.

Dave and Jackie McNeil and family of Warner were Saturday night overnight guests at the Floyd Kittelson home. Sunday, they were all dinner guests at the Tom and Kathy Wookey home in Clark in honor of Stephanie Wookey’s birthday.

Arnold Lohr was among those that attended funeral services for Joan Hemstock Friday in Watertown at the Evangelical Free Church.

Kelby, Toni and Hayley Goodall and Fain and Roxanne Geiger enjoyed supper out on Friday evening.

Floyd and Donna Kittelson enjoyed watching the Watertown Arrows play the Brookings Bobcats in football on Friday evening in Watertown.

Lois Schoepp was among those that attended the wedding and reception of Ashley Schaack and Ben Johnson on Saturday.

Judy Kos was a Monday dinner guest at the Russell and Kathy Buisker home at rural Britton and an afternoon caller at the Dorothy Buisker home.

Alan and Christine Rennie of Los Vegas purchased the lot in Henry that was auctioned off at the county tax sale on Tuesday.

Matt Bastian of Milbank and Emily Bastian of Mitchell were weekend guests at the home of their parents, Ronnie and Peggy Bastian.

Jeff York of Omaha and Diane York of Watertown were Sunday dinner guests at the Calvin and Lois Schoepp home.
