Wendy Reed and a friend of Colorado were Thursday and Friday guests of Arlen Swedeen.

 

Lori Hyland of Ramona was weekend visitor in the home of her parents, Lynn and Barb Hartley.

 

Don Keyes of Blair, MN is assisting with the harvest at the Danny Sharp farm. He spent Sunday evening with his mother, Betty Keyes at Clark.

 

Terry Kos accompanied Bob DeJong of Elkton, John Henricks of rural Waverly and Brian, Kayla and Connor DeJong of Watertown to the Vikings/Detroit Loins football game in Minneapolis on Sunday.

 

Elfie and Betty Sandell of Glenn, Minnesota were Monday through Thursday guests of Arlen Swedeen. On Tuesday they were dinner guests at the John and Jeanne Reineccius home in Redfield.

 

Joan and Stephanie Boehnke attended SDSU’s “Senior Day’ on Saturday.  As part of the days’ activities they enjoyed the Beef Bowl dinner and football game.

 

Lori Hartley of Ramona, Barb and Jenna Hartley, Laci Hartley and children were among Sunday afternoon visitors and supper guests at the Carlos and Anita Abraham home near Hazel.

 

Loydeen Van Sickle spent the Holiday weekend with her sister, Sheri Van Der Zwaag at Montrose, SD.

 

Lois Schoepp called on Joan Warnock Friday evening.

 

Donna Kittelson attended the 7th and 8th grade Hamlin/Willow Lake football game at Castlewood on Monday afternoon and watched Zach Hovde play ball.

 

LeRay and Andrea Swedeen and girls were Monday evening supper guests at the Arlen Swedeen home.

 

Terry and Judy Kos attended the annual Stockholm-Strandburg American Legion fish fry in Strandburg on Saturday evening.

 

Taylor Watson, daughter of Troy and Nicky Watson was baptized Sunday morning at the Henry United Methodist Church. Enjoying dinner out following the church services were Betty Keyes, Clark, Debbie Sharp, Watertown, Brian, Pam and Tasha Hall, Tulare, Troy, Nicky, Trinity and Taylor Watson, Arlene Sharp, Danny and Bonita Sharp, Joe, Nicole and Karli Sharp and Cecelia Brownell.

 

Anna Hartley of Garden City was a Saturday dinner guest at the Lynn Hartley home.

 

Donna Kittelson called on Linda Krol of rural Watertown on Wednesday afternoon.

 

On Sunday, Joan and Stephanie Boehnke were among the guests in the Carlos and Anita Abraham home for visiting and supper.  They met Pierce William Baumberger, infant son of Kent and Jody Baumberger and great-grandson of Carlos and Anita Abraham.
