On Wednesday, Marcia and Sarah Montgomery
accompanied Maxine Haugom, Helen Van Sickle and Linda Page all of Watertown, to
the home of Lisa Zandt at Renner. The
ladies were joined there by Maxine’s two daughters and Mary, Ashlee and Caitlyn
Dikoff of Mitchell.
Donna Kittelson attended a baby shower for Spencer
Floyd Wientjes last Monday morning in Clark.
Carl and Evie Prahl and Rayne of Sioux Falls were
weekend guests of Myron and Diane Eidsness.

On Thursday, Andrew Montgomery accompanied his
cousin, Jessica Van Sickle and a group of young people from Watertown First
Methodist to Pierre where they conducted a sidewalk Bible School for the children
there. They returned to their homes on
Saturday.
Cecelia Brownell and Bonita Sharp joined Betty Keyes
for lunch in Clark on Saturday.
Doris Coyle was a overnight guest at the Veryl and
Sandy Hoftiezer home in Watertown.
Donna Kittelson treated Jylan Flood of Hazel to
lunch on Wednesday in observance of her birthday.
Friends and relatives gathered at the Henry
Community Center on Saturday and helped Issabelle Winnett celebrate her first
birthday.
Calvin and Lois Schoepp were among friends and relatives
that helped Kevin and Linda Schoepp celebrate their 25th wedding
anniversary on Sunday in Watertown.
Ronnie and Peggy Bastian and Mike and Shauna Lane
were among those attending the Minnesota Twins/ Kansas City Royals baseball
game in Kansas City on Saturday. The group had the privilege of having their
suite circled, shown and mentioned on national TV.
Floyd and Donna Kittelson attended the baptism of
Spencer Floyd Wientjes on Friday afternoon at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in
Clark. Later all of those attending the
baptism were supper guests at the Bryan and Cindy Wientjes home in Clark.
Hayley Goodall spent Friday night until Saturday
evening at the Fain Geiger home.
Jenna Hartley graduated from Mitchell Technical
Institute Friday night with her Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology.
Lynn and Barb hosted a graduation/birthday open house for Jenna on Saturday
evening at their home. Jenna will be employed at Prairie Lakes Hospital in
Watertown.
On Tuesday, Marcia Stanley of Watertown and Bonita
Sharp enjoyed lunch out together in Watertown.
Helen Van Sickle of Watertown and Marcia and Sarah
Montgomery treated Linda Page to lunch on Friday in observance of her birthday.
Glenn, Becky and Andy Heustess of Sacramento,
California are in Henry visiting with relatives. The Heustess also attended the
birthday party for Charlie Heustess Friday evening.
Joan and Stephanie Boehnke helped clean up the Clark
County fairgrounds on Sunday, preparing for Achievement Days in Clark this
week.
Betty Keyes of Clark and Bonita Sharp visited at the
Troy and Nicky Sharp home following lunch out in Henry on Sunday.
Calvin and Lois Schoepp joined others in visiting
Sunday at the Watertown home of Mike and Bonnie Dailey. The Daileys had the privilege of having all
of their children and grandchildren home for the first time in fourteen years.
On Sunday, Fain and Roxanne Geiger returned Tierra
Rhody to her Clear Lake home and later joined the Earl Rhodys and Kelby
Goodalls at Lake Cochrane for an afternoon of swimming and fishing.
Dawson, Riley and Jackson McNeil of Warner were
Friday overnight guests at the Floyd and Donna Kittelson home.
Diann Redmond and Irene Redmond attended the wedding
reception for Mark and Teri Bruns in Watertown on Friday evening.
Several friends and relatives gathered at Lake Pelican to celebrated Charlie Heustess’ 30th birthday. Among those were Cody, Sara and David Winnett of Mankato, MN and relatives from Placerville, CA.
