and Freda Johnson of Auburn,
Washington were Monday morning
visitors at the Wendell and Alice Bruns home.
Jessica
Langdeaux and daughter, Naomi left Thursday morning
for their new home in North Carolina.
The Langdeaux’ are residing near Fort Bragg, NC
where James is stationed as an officer in the army.
Bryan, and Hunter Wientjes of Clark and
Collin Wientjes of Hinton, IA
spent Wednesday night at the Floyd and Donna Kittelson
home. Cindy Wientjes had spent Tuesday night at the Kittelson home.
Terry
Kos attended internment services for Stella Johnson Saturday afternoon in Strandburg.
Tierra
Rhody of Clear
Lake returned to home on
Friday after spending a week at the home of her grandparents, Fain and Roxanne
Geiger.
Myron
and Diane Eidsness
and girls attended the wedding of Travis Barthel on
Saturday evening in Watertown.
Joan
Warnock and Marcia Montgomery were Tuesday visitors at the Lisa Zandt home at
Renner.
Tom
and Trudy Mitchell of Roseville,
IL arrived Thursday morning at
the Wendell and Alice Bruns home. Ora
Kent from Murdo, SD
arrived in the afternoon. The ladies visited with cousins from Colorado at the home of their mother, Annabelle Johnson
in Watertown on
Friday afternoon. On Saturday evening,
the sisters, Trudy and Ora had a birthday party for
their sister, Alice. Shannon, Donna, Sammi and Sarah Bruns of Watertown
also visited on Saturday evening.
Troy
Gortmaker of Rapid City was a Wednesday evening
visitor at the Kelby and Toni Goodall
home. Additional visitors were Roxanne
Geiger and Tierra Rhody.
Tim
and Austin Page left for Camp
Judson near Keystone on
Saturday. Tim is a counselor at the week long camp.
Maggie
Hovde of Vienna
spent Saturday at the Floyd and Donna Kittelson home.
Don
and Rose McElroy spent the weekend at the Dave, Becky and Mara McElroy home in Sioux Falls. They also visited with Roy and Kenny McElroy
of Renner before returning their Henry home on Sunday afternoon.
Milo
and Janice Kolden of Clark
were Sunday evening visitors at the Rod and Cherie Jans
home.
Erin
Bruns of Lake
Preston arrived at her
grandparents, Wendell and Alice Bruns on Friday. She
will return to her home on Wednesday.
Donna
Kittelson visited Sunday at the Bryan Wientjes home in Clark and
got acquainted with her new grandson, Spencer Floyd. Spencer was born on
Wednesday and weighed in at 9 pounds and 4 ounces.
Toni
Goodall and Hayley, Fain
and Roxanne Geiger and Tierra Rhody enjoyed dinner
out in Watertown
on Thursday.
Lois
Schoepp was a Sunday afternoon visitor of Dorothy
Paulsen. In the evening Calvin and Lois Schoepp,
Dorothy Paulsen and Doris Coyle enjoyed supper
out in Henry.
Caitlyn
Dikoff of Mitchell spent Wednesday through Saturday
with Sarah Montgomery. On Saturday they attended the Water Festival at the
Watertown Zoo in which Monty Montgomery took part on behalf of the Codington
County Dive Rescue Team.
Dianne
Redmond, Barb Martenson and Irene Redmond attended
the bridal shower for Jill Tschakert at the Blessed
Sacrament Church in Florence
on Saturday.
Danny
and Bonita Sharp were Friday evening supper guests at the Joe and Nicole Sharp
home.
